ANAHATA CHAKRA
Anahata is the fourth chakra, related to the air element. It is from this level of
consciousness or energy that we start to realise our interconectedness. Every living tings is breathing and every one inhale and exale the same air. In this sens we touch each other and in much more deeper manner then we can realise. After having pierce manipura we now opening ourselves to a new reality, the ego is leting of of its grasp and now we can start embrasing our larger self. It is said when the energy have pass through manipura it cant go down any more, once the energy have pass through manipura when we have been able to let go of the grasp of the ego we become more aware of our true nature and it is no more possible to go back to the basic ignorance.
The Heart is closely related to the feeling of love, compassion and for a reason love and compassion are toward others, reel love have nothing to do with egoistic love which is more a desire to possess then a feeling of love. Anahata chakra is this energy love, compassion, harmony, peace and Joy. Bhakti yoga, hrydayakash meditation, signing kirtan and bhajan are great practice to develop our heart chakra.
One a little remark hereBelow anahata there is a minor center call, the Ananda Kanda, at this level there is a celestial tree a kalpa vriska(wish fullfiling tree) for both positive and negative wishes. It important to realise that from here every of your thoughts and desires become reality. Be aware to bringing positive thought to your every day activity! Maybe it seems strange for you or a bit of fairy tale like story but this is what has been written and I think we should keep our self-open to every map laid by the seer.
“In anahata chakra, the freedom to escape from a preordained fate and to determine one’s own destiny become a reality, according to tantras, at the foot of anahata there is a wish fulfilling tree. When this tree start to fruvtify what ever you thing or whish comes true… therefore you must become extremely optimistic and positive, never dwell im the negativity of the mind. Physically, mentally and spiritually you must be completely at peace with yourself others and the whole community at large” Swami Satyananda Saraswati

The Heart chakra is about love, kindness and affection. When it is open, you are compassionate and friendly, and you work at harmonious relationships. When your Heart chakra is under-active, you are cold and distant. If this chakra is over-active, you are suffocating people with your love and your love probably has quite selfish reasons.
