Pranayamas

Pranayama is an important aspect of Yoga, I would say maybe one of the most important if we thing our self as Being made of energy. The word Pranayama is made “ayama” which mean expansion or manifestation and “Prana” made of “pra” which mean first unit and “na” which mean energy, Prana being the vital force of the universe. Pranayama is the science, which instruct the knowledge related to the control or manifestation of Prana(life force). 

Pranayama are breathing exercices having for goal control over the energy field of the body to ensure a better development of the Being as well physicaly, mentaly and spiritualy.
