our Lineage

Our teachers came from the Saraswati lineage,

Sri Swami Sivananda Saraswati

Swami Satyananda Saraswati (Satyananda Yoga), Swami Vishnu Devananda(Sivananda yoga)

Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati (Bihar yoga Bharati, Satyananda yoga)from whom Mario receive diksha and spiritual guidance in year 2002 to 2004.

Swami Shyam Lal from pushkar has also given great teaching to Mario during many months in 1998 and 1999

Zentra yoga teachers as been train as well in both Sivananda and Satyananda Yoga and experience many others style like ashtanga, Iyengar or bikram yoga. The Satyananda style yoga is being adopted since it incorporate a much more complete practice and therfore more beneficial for the sadhaka.
